When you register a seller account, Giá Thật collects what you enter on the form: your name or business name, phone number, email, address/office, CCCD or business-registration number with its place/date of issue, and the username/password you create (your password is stored securely, never in plain text).
Your email is confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to your inbox. If an administrator requests identity verification, you may be asked to upload an ID document (CCCD, passport) or a selfie photo; these are seen only by authorised staff for review and are never published.
What you submit through the contact or complaint forms (name, phone/Zalo, email, message) is kept so Giá Thật can respond.
Saved listings/searches/drafts you have not submitted stay on your own device (localStorage) and are not sent to the server until you post.
Your contact details are used only to respond, connect and support.
Giá Thật does not sell personal data.
