Operating Regulation

1 · Scope & operating principle

Giá Thật is an information and listing platform for: vehicles; property; computers / gaming / electronics / appliances; beauty / cosmetics / skincare. Giá Thật provides: (a) search and price comparison; (b) listings from registered sellers; (c) information aggregated from public sources (provenance retained internally, see the Source & Data Policy); (d) buyer–seller contact connection.

Transactions are concluded directly between buyer and seller, outside the platform. Giá Thật is not a party to the transaction, does not receive purchase money, hold goods, or process payments between the parties, unless separate transaction services are formally launched in the future.

2 · Seller accounts

• Sellers register as Individual (name, phone, email, permanent address, CCCD, place & date of issue) or Business (name, phone, email, office, ERC, place & date of issue, representative).
• Email is confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to the inbox to verify email ownership; profiles are manually reviewed and approved by administrators before sellers may post, and an administrator can only approve an account once its email is verified. Phone verification and VNeID e-identification will be added when ready.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their declared information and listing content.

3 · Listings & moderation

• Listings must follow the Posting Rules: accurate product, price, condition, origin; contact details and purchase / payment / delivery / warranty policies.
• All listings are moderated before display; violating listings are rejected or removed (hidden, with an audit trail).
• Sellers manage listings in the Seller Center: edit, stop sale, resume, mark sold, delete.

4 · Rights & obligations

Giá Thật: operate the platform reliably, moderate content, protect personal data per the Privacy Policy, receive and handle complaints per the procedure, remove violating content and cooperate with competent authorities on valid request.

Sellers: declare truthful information; list only lawfully tradable goods; honour the policies published in their listings; no duplicates/spam.

Buyers: verify the goods, documents and seller before transacting; displayed prices are asking prices, not final transaction prices.

5 · Service packages & payment

Giá Thật provides listing, boost, priority-display services and GT Credits packages per the Pricing page and the GT Credits & service policy. GT Credits is an internal service unit, not cash, non-transferable, non-withdrawable. During the launch period services are paid from free monthly GT Credits and Giá Thật collects no payment. Charging begins only after the payment system is activated and formally announced; published prices are VAT-inclusive, every fee is shown clearly before payment, and real payments go only to the company-name bank account of CÔNG TY TNHH GIÁ THẬT.

6 · Violations, complaints & disputes

• Regulation violations: listing rejection → removal → temporary suspension → account lock, by severity; all decisions are logged.
• Complaints and reports follow the Complaint Handling Procedure (intake via hotline +84 32 911 1119, conclusion within 7 working days).
• Buyer–seller disputes are resolved between the parties; Giá Thật assists by providing relevant information within legal limits.
