This policy stipulates the payment methods and refund mechanisms applied on the Giathat.vn E-commerce Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Giathat.vn"). The regulations are divided into two separately applied groups to accurately reflect the operating model of the Platform.
1. For goods trading transactions between the Seller and the Buyer
Giathat.vn is currently a platform that provides space for posting listings and introducing products. The Platform does not integrate intermediary payment features between the Seller and the Buyer and does not participate in the cash delivery or bank transfer process in product trading transactions between members.
Payment methods: The Seller and the Buyer shall negotiate, select, and agree upon a suitable payment method themselves (e.g., Cash on Delivery, direct bank transfer to the Seller, etc.).
Refund methods (if any): In the event of a return or transaction cancellation, the refund to the Buyer will be carried out directly by the Seller in accordance with the "Delivery, Return, and Refund Policy" mutually agreed upon by both parties.
2. For service fee payments on Giathat.vn (For Sellers)
To use fee-based services on the Platform, the Seller must make a payment to Giathat.vn.
Note: As Giathat.vn is currently in its initial launch phase, we are waiving all fees for listing services. The payment methods below are expected to officially take effect and be integrated into the system starting 1 January 2027.
Once the fee collection feature is activated, the Seller can deposit funds or pay service fees through the following methods:
2.1. Method 1: Bank Transfer
Customers can pay manually via direct bank transfer to the Company's bank account using the information below:

(Note: The system will conduct reconciliation and automatically activate the service/add balance for the Seller upon receiving a successful balance fluctuation notification from the bank).
2.2. Method 2: Payment via International Payment Cards (Visa/Mastercard)
Later on 1 January 2027, Giathat.vn will integrate an online payment gateway allowing Sellers to pay quickly using international credit or debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.
2.3. Method 3: Payment via E-wallets and Domestic Payment Gateways
To provide maximum convenience, the Platform will support payment methods via popular e-wallets and domestic payment gateways in Vietnam after 1 January 2027. When selecting this method, the system will redirect the Seller to the corresponding e-wallet application (or generate a QR code) to confirm and complete the payment transaction.
3. Service Fee Refund Policy (From Giathat.vn to the Seller)
For Giathat.vn's services, we apply the principle of non-refund for paid service fees. However, to protect your rights, the Platform will support refunds in exceptional cases caused by platform errors:
Refund conditions: Giathat.vn will refund a portion of the service fee (corresponding to the volume of unused services) in the following cases:
Giathat.vn ceases operations, closes the platform, or unilaterally terminates the provision of services without any violation or fault of the Seller.
The Platform's system encounters a prolonged serious technical incident, making the Seller completely unable to use the purchased services, and Giathat.vn's technical department is unable to fix it.
Deductions due to system errors or reconciliation errors from Giathat.vn's payment gateway (refunding the overcharged amount).
Reception method and process:
In the above exceptional cases, to request a refund, the Seller is requested to send an email directly to the customer support mailbox: support@giathat.vn.
The content of the request email must clearly state: Username, reason for the refund request (attached with images/evidence of the incident if any), and official bank account information to receive the refund.
The valid refund amount will be directly transferred by the Platform to the bank account provided by the Seller via email.
Processing time: The time to verify and complete the refund will take between 03 to 15 working days from the moment Giathat.vn receives all valid information via the email support@giathat.vn.
