PRICING AND SERVICE FEE POLICY
1. General Provisions
The pricing regulations are established by Giathat to ensure safety and efficiency for both Sellers and Buyers.
Giathat reserves the right to reject products with unreasonable selling prices.
The selling prices of all products and services listed on the Platform must strictly be listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
2. Pricing Policy for Goods and Services Provided by Sellers
For publicly offered goods and services, the price listed on Giathat.vn must be the final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes related to the purchase of the goods or services.
For other incurred costs such as shipping fees, installation fees, or other surcharges (if any), the Seller must clearly state in the listing whether the listed price includes or excludes these costs.
The transparency of price components is mandatory to protect the Buyer's rights and serves as a basis for the negotiation and transaction process between the parties.
3. Service Fees for Sellers
The Giathat platform charges service fees, providing detailed information on the fee schedule, calculation methods for each type of service fee, and the effective time. Details of the current fee policy are as follows:
3.1. Listing Fee Schedule

3.2. Calculation Method and Management Regulations
The standard fees above are expected to be applied automatically when the Platform officially concludes its startup phase. Upon fee deduction, valid listings must still undergo the platform's content moderation process.
3.3. Effective Time and Notification of Changes
Current phase: To support Posters, Giathat is applying a completely free policy for the above-mentioned categories until the end of January 1, 2027. After the startup phase ends, fees will be collected according to the expected fee schedule in section 3.1.
Regulations on fee schedule changes: In the event of any changes to the fee schedule, calculation methods, or official effective time, Giathat will publicly announce the changes at least 20 days prior to the date of application.
