Documents (CCCD / ERC images) are requested by Giá Thật via the verified contact channel (hotline/Zalo/email) during manual review — they are not uploaded on this page. VNeID verification will be added once connected to the national e-ID platform (not yet active).
Your account is already recorded on the platform. You can skip this step and confirm your email later, but an administrator cannot approve your account until the email is verified — confirm it soon to avoid an extra wait.
