Posting Rules & seller rules

1 · Required listing content

• Accurate title; clear asking price in VND; real location.
• Truthful description of condition, origin and specs (per category form: vehicles, property, electronics, beauty).
• Valid contact details (person, phone/Zalo) and policies: purchase, payment, delivery, warranty/returns.
• Photos must be genuine product photos; never someone else's images without rights.
• Cosmetics / skincare: batch number, expiry, origin and an authenticity declaration are mandatory. Electronics: serial/IMEI goes in a private field (never shown publicly).

2 · Prohibited goods & content

• Goods banned or conditional under law where conditions are unmet (weapons, banned substances, prescription drugs, wildlife...).
• Counterfeit, imitation or unverifiable-origin goods; cosmetics without proper labelling/expiry.
• Vehicles without valid papers; property listed for sale without a clear legal basis.
• Scams, unreal prices, duplicate/spam listings, offensive content, other people's personal data.

3 · Moderation & sanctions

All listings are moderated before display. Violations are handled by severity: rejection (with reason) → removal of published listings → temporary posting suspension → account lock. Removed listings are hidden (not permanently deleted) for audit and complaint handling. Moderation decisions can be appealed via the complaint procedure.
