GT Credits packages
One GT Credits system only: free monthly, purchased and bonus GT Credits are all GT Credits in one balance. Packages mainly suit dealers/heavy sellers but any account may buy once payment is activated. Package prices are VAT-inclusive; paid and bonus GT Credits are always shown as separate lines.
Exact shortfall top-up
When a listing + boost needs more than your balance, the exact GT Credits shortfall is shown. You may top up exactly that amount (1 VND = 1 GT Credits, no bonus) or choose a package above (with bonus).
Bank QR top-up (illustration)

At activation, each top-up gets a VietQR code to the bank account in the name of CÔNG TY TNHH GIÁ THẬT (never a personal account) with a unique reference and the transfer content "[Buyer name] payment for the service package"; once the bank confirms and the payment is verified, paid and bonus GT Credits are credited as two separate lines, revenue is recognised at payment and an invoice record is created. Today no receiving account is shown and the QR above is a placeholder image.
Methods: phase 1 — bank transfer / VietQR. Planned later: Visa, Mastercard, ZaloPay, ShopeePay, MoMo/VNPay or a licensed gateway (subject to legal, technical and commercial feasibility).
Refunds & unused GT Credits
Activated or used services are generally non-refundable, as are activated packages. GIÁ THẬT may review refund requests in good faith for exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, wrong amount, system error, payment received but service not activated, or other cases approved by GIÁ THẬT. After verification, refunds go back to the original payer's transfer account. Unused GT Credits is not automatically withdrawable as cash. Details in the GT Credits & service policy.
E-invoices & history
Once a real payment is confirmed the system creates an invoice record: customer name/account, package or service, VAT-inclusive amount, paid GT Credits line, bonus/promotional GT Credits line (if any), payment method and reference, status, issue time and a view/download link when available. A legal e-invoice is issued and emailed only once an e-invoice provider is integrated; until then the record is "pending provider" — no fake invoice is created. Payment history, GT Credits history and invoices are always in Seller Center → GT Credits wallet.
