GT Credits is GIÁ THẬT's single internal service unit for listings, boosts, priority display and seller tools. 1 GT Credits equals 1 VND of service value and is not cash.
Abuse controls cover phone, device, VNeID/ID, duplicate accounts/sellers, repeated bank/payment ownership and suspicious referral patterns.
High-frequency/multiple-vehicle activity may be classified as frequent seller/dealer use.
Planned top-ups, listing, boost, banner and dealer-tool fees, the early dealer partner offer and exact GT Credits amounts are published on the GT Credits pricing page. That page is the primary public schedule to avoid conflicting price lists.
Property: 49,000 GT Credits / listing / 30 days; boost 49,000 GT Credits / 7 days. Electronics and Beauty: free listing at launch, monetised later via boost/priority/packages (boost 49,000 GT Credits / 7 days); a listing fee may apply later and will be announced before charging. Vehicles: per the published schedule (boost 129,000 GT Credits / 7 days). Packages: Bronze · Silver · Gold · Diamond, or an exact-shortfall top-up (no bonus).
Fees take effect only after a payment-activation notice. Published prices are VAT-inclusive (accountant confirmed); if any page shows a pre-VAT price it must say "VAT-exclusive" and show the VAT-inclusive total before payment. Launch/free promotions may apply and every fee is shown clearly before payment.
Dealers approved before 31 December 2026 receive 50% off listing and boost fees for the first six months after paid billing starts. Homepage banners are excluded by default or may have a discount cap; all banners require manual approval.
Now (launch / demo): real payment is not activated; no money is collected; the QR on the top-up page is an illustration. At activation (after the company bank account, accounting and payment setup): phase 1 — bank transfer / VietQR; planned — Visa, Mastercard, ZaloPay, ShopeePay, MoMo/VNPay or a licensed gateway, subject to legal, technical and commercial feasibility — all under the company name. Receiving account: real payments go only to a bank account in the name of CÔNG TY TNHH GIÁ THẬT, never a personal account; suggested transfer content: "[Buyer name] payment for the service package". VAT: published prices are VAT-inclusive (accountant confirmed). Accounting: revenue is recognised when the customer pays; unused GT Credits is not treated as deferred revenue per the accountant; paid and bonus/promotional GT Credits are always two separate lines. Invoices: once a payment is confirmed the system creates an invoice record (customer name/account, package or service, VAT-inclusive amount, paid GT Credits line, bonus GT Credits line, method, reference, status, issue time, view/download link when available). A legal e-invoice is issued and emailed only once an e-invoice provider is integrated; until then the status is "pending provider" and no fake invoice is created. Giá Thật is an information and listing platform: it does not sell, ship or collect payment for goods. Delivery, returns and refunds for goods are agreed and carried out directly between buyer and seller; Giá Thật assists with relevant information under the complaint handling procedure. For services provided by Giá Thật (GT Credits, packages, boosts) there is no physical delivery — the service takes effect on the account once payment is confirmed; refunds follow sections 5 and 8 of this policy (verified first, returned to the original payer account, VAT-inclusive prices).
