Công tác kiểm đếm và giải phóng mặt bằng tuyến đấu nối đã triển khai, giá trị bồi thường khoảng 6,5 tỷ đồng. Đã hoàn thành Báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường (ĐTM). Đã có hồ sơ Phòng cháy và chữa cháy (PCCC). Đã được phê duyệt quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500. Đã được phê duyệt thiết kế cơ sở. Đã hoàn thành thiết kế kỹ thuật, đang chờ phê duyệt. Đã có thỏa thuận mua bán điện và dự án đã được đưa vào Quy hoạch điện VIII, thuộc kế hoạch đấu nối lưới điện giai đoạn 2025–2030.
